Dina arbetsuppgifter
• IT support for up to 150 simultaneous users. Provides tech support for network-based hardware and software related issues. Maintenance of LAN (two servers running Novell Netware 6.5, LTO backup system, Cisco switches) and WLAN (11 Cisco AP). Support for user software (MS Office, Novell Client, Novell Groupwise, IPP, Adobe Acrobat etc.)
Organization of service and computer service with TRW's preferred IT equipment suppliers (Dell, Hewlett Packard). Support for local telephone system and IP phones.
Organization of consumables (toner, diskettes, CD-Rs, DVD-Rs). Support for multi-media presentations (beamer, etc.). Preparation of customer presentation material on CDs & DVDs. Organisation of Information Terminals (reusing redundant PC hardware).

Utbildning och erfarenhet
Master the following:
• Experience supporting Windows XP
• Experience supporting Hardware (Dell Desktop/Notebooks) and Software (MS Offiice, WinXP, Novell)
• Experience supporting Server (Dell PowerEdge, Novell 6.5)
• Experience support backup devices and software (Veritas, LTO3)
• Experience supporting Printers (HP, MFP)
• Knowledge of Cisco wireless access points
Others
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to research and solve problems independently
• Efficient and effective problem resolution abilities
• Ability to think clearly under pressure
• Willing to work overtime, and be on-call after hours and weekends
Swedish and English - both written and spoken, it is an asset to master the German language as well
• This is a professional where you should be very outreached, responsive, flexible and service minded, this since you have daily contact with Our customers customers, suppliers and last but not least their own staff.

Visstidsanställning 3 - 6 månader
Heltid
1st period: November 1st - December 23rd 2011 2nd period: January 2nd - April 30th 20

Ersättning
Hourly, by special arrangement
