We are seeking a talented Network Engineer to join our client's Network Delivery team in Mölndal. This team plays a crucial role in driving the implementation and deployment of their global Connectivity Platform. Collaborating closely with the Network Platform team, you will help translate the platform's vision into operational reality, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
As a key member of the Network Delivery team, you will serve as a liaison between Service Operations and the Network team. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of networking, including LAN, WIFI, WAN, FW, and Security. You will diagnose and resolve issues within these areas, escalating when necessary and refining existing processes for greater efficiency. Responsibilities
You will work as a key person for Network Delivery team and function as a dispatcher between Service Operations and Network team. The working area will be all kind of areas within Network area such as LAN, WIFI, WAN, FW and Security. You will troubleshoot within the area, escalate to correct team and work with establish processes and make them more efficient.
You will also support the process dispatch tickets, troubleshoot them, and make the process more efficient.
You will help the business empower our processes and make them more efficient.
As this role is new to the Network Delivery team you will have great opportunities to develop the processes. You will have the possibility to influence and build up this work area.
Qualifications
For this role you need to have technical skills such as:
CCNA and/or CCNP or another similar experience/knowledge.
fluent English and incredibly good communication skills.
You're a person who enjoys learning new things and who applies technology and communication to solve problems. You feel comfortable in an international and in a Network technical environment. You enjoy the participation of troubleshooting within network area and also use communication for potential escalations.
