Job description:
Lead the transformation for Epiroc MRS, our spare part aftermarket division, in to the Regional distribution setup. Improving service to customer, reducing total logistics cost and carbon emissions. Continue to develop the Epiroc/MRS Supply Chain IS/IT program with a well-organized governance organization, business cases, collaboration and plans integrated with the Supply Chain Strategies and process demands.
Specific tasks and responsibilities include:
Define and execute the regional distribution roadmap, including sub-projects and coordination with other departments within Epiroc. Track business impact and performance of implemented solutions. Build and support the road map for the development of IS/ IT systems for supporting a customer oriented Supply Chain network and operations. Be the coordinator to drive, develop and support MRS Supply Chain IS/ IT systems activities and projects internally and externally for operations.
Further development of:
The IT/IS business governance model AM3 in MRS SC
EDI communication and e-commerce solutions between Distribution Center and Customer Centers
Transport Management Solution
Other related satellite systems in the scope of Supply Chain
Integration of the Master Data management process and demands towards the working process and system specification for the new ERP M3 rollout and upgrade
Leadership and competence:
Conduct and promote proactive leadership and behavior within the team, Supply chain and MRS organization, to drive our actions and behavior to increase customer satisfaction.
Contribute actively to the SC transformation process in MRS and Epiroc in the management group, collaborative forums and in the market organizations.
Be a road model for sharing and developing SC competence and business opportunities by acting as a global leader with holistic thinking and collaboration.
Create and execute a clear plan for your own development together with your manager.
Others
Travelling will be required (Approx. 60 days).
This position reports to VP Global Supply Chain MRS and will be part of the SC management team.
