We are looking for a highly motivated Motion Capture Stage Lead with excellent knowledge of motion capture principles and a great technical understanding as an addition to our team. We work in an international environment in which fluent spoken and written English is a must.

Job description:
• Lead the Stage Team in preparation and execution of motion capture shoots.
• Direct and assist in documentation of all Stage-related processes.
• Direct, mentor and assist Motion Capture Stage Technicians in all assigned responsibilities.
• Define and implement best practices in all Stage Team responsibilities.
• System aiming and calibration.
• System operation and data acquisition.
• System upkeep and improvement.
• Stage inventory and upkeep.
• Prop creation, storage and inventory.
• Talent prep.
• ROMS.
• Real-time display.
• Data quality checks and improvement.
• File transfer to Production Team and Clients.
• Studio safety.
Required Skills and Qualities:
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of motion capture principles and best practices.
• Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge of Motion Analysis hardware and software.
• Demonstrate excellent technical and practical knowledge of related hardware and software (timecode, ref cameras, HMC, audio)
