An opportunity has arisen within the Wound Care Division as we are looking to recruit a Technical Product Manager to the Product Design group within Research & Development. The position is based at Headquarters in Gothenburg.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The technical product manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle including: coordination of regulatory update activities, Post Marketing Surveillance reports, risk management and clinical evaluation documentation.
The Technical Product Manager is expected to:
• Be accountable for product design documentation and the compliance with MDD and other relevant regulatory directives.
• Work in a global environment and cooperate closely with the marketing team regarding technical features and possible issues with products within the portfolio.
• Be a speaking partner to RA department regarding the technical documentation when adding new externally produced products to the portfolio
• Act as a leader within the company
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
You have at least five years of relevant working experience, preferably from the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. You have good knowledge within regulatory and quality issues. You are business minded and experiences within procurement are a plus. Good knowledge in cooperation with a third party supplier is considered a merit. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken and you probably have a university degree in Engineering.
As a person you are open minded, service oriented, multi-tasking, analytical and structured. Your communication skills, written and verbal, are excellent and you have a proven ability to influence cross functional teams without formal authority. You are also a great teamwork player.
