The MEP Manager is responsible to successfully plan, manage, execute, complete and handover MEP works of E04 Haga Project in collaboration with the Client (Trafikverket). The key responsibilities include ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety using internal staff, as well as subcontractors and sub consultants.
In the role of MEP Manager, you are a part of AGN:s Technical Department and are responsible of managing and coordinating the MEP design, production and commissioning in the project. You participate in the various project tasks and assignments of the project and support through Technical Management, Coordination of design development and site as well as economics and scheduling with application of relevant tools used in the project. Throughout the project duration, you will work closely with other discipline leads within Technical Department as well as in other departments with the aim to achieve a safe design and production with high productivity, quality and profitability. As MEP Manager, you will manage the work performed by MEP design consultants as well as coordinating with other design consultants. You will be the main interface towards the Client for issues related to MEP. In addition, you will also communicate with external suppliers, subcontractors, side contractors and government agencies in case of need.

Work tasks:
Design/Technical management of MEP, Fire/Risk/Safety and Vertical transport systems works
Production management of MEP works
Contract Management MEP design subcontractors
Management of Design, As-built and Commissioning documentation for MEP works (coordination with site and design + technical team) for official submissions to Client
Management of technical reviews and quality assurance related to MEP design - verification of subcontractor completed works are in line with contract requirements
Interface to Client (Trafikverket) for issues related to MEP, Fire/Risk/Safety and Vertical transport
Participation in design coordination for E04 Haga project performed by AGN through design subcontractors
Design coordination responsible for Entrance Business school and E06 (BEST)
Cooperation with other departments for design and technical matters
Management and scheduling of design, site and commissioning related issues for MEP in cooperation with Planning department
Management and follow-up of additional design tasks/works ordered to design subcontractors
Changes management and assessment of design and production impact for MEP works
Monthly reporting of project progress
Requirements (previous work experience, education, etc.):
Masters' Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering programs or similar
10 years of experience in the role of MEP Project Engineer or equivalent position
Experienced in infrastructure design and build projects or similar
Experience from design, construction and commissioning phase
Experience from projects in Sweden is a plus, in particular from projects commissioned by Trafikverket
Strong written and oral communication skills - fluent English is a must, Swedish knowledge is a plus
Experienced in BIM projects
