Requirements:
Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks) for designing and modeling
Experience in product development
Solid understanding of mechanical systems
Familiarity with prototyping methods and rapid product development cycles
Knowledge of CNC machining, CAM software, and process optimization
Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in the field
2 years of experience
The Role Includes:
Being a core member of the Mechanical team and leading efforts to optimize product design and manufacturability (DFM/DFA) as well as cost-efficiency, and performance
Hands-on prototyping and improving existing product lines including CNC machining, and assembly
Collaborating with production teams to ensure manufacturability and efficiency
Contributing to sales efforts by providing technical insights and solutions
Enhancing and modifying product designs based on real-world testing and feedback
Improvement of processes in SCALINQ's product and assembly line
