Mechanical Engineer - Chassis & Vehicle Dynamics
As Mechanical Engineer you lead our Chassis & Vehicle Dynamics engineering activities together with the team in Special Vehicles Development, Gothenburg. Your work will serve as an important input to the decision making process and to secure a successful delivery.
Responsibilities

* Lead and ensure that the Chassis and Vehicle Dynamics technical design fulfils the business targets and requirements
* Design and packaging of chassis components in CAD and create assemblies of CAD model. Secure quality and readiness before release.
* Consolidate engineering resources including engineering partners into a full engineering proposal
* Drive the technical dialogue with Engineering and Manufacturing
* Develop and share acquired competence and provide technical advice
* Contribute in continuous improvement activities
* Participate in business development and innovation
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
For success in this role we expect you to have a University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, and work experience in the relevant field. You need to be proficient with Pro/E and the understanding of PDM systems when defining the product offering.
You thrive to take the lead with courage and integrity and feel comfortable working autonomously. You have ability to build trust and to manage networking across the different organizations.
