About the role
As a Mechanical Engineer you will belong to a Business Unit that is responsible for development of air intake system, cooling of the engine, installation of cooling package and expansion tanks, recirculation shields, fan shroud, fan ring, oil fill and check, pipes and hoses, gearshift cables, noise shields, heat shields etc.
The team consists of 11 highly skilled engineers with a great team spirit. They are a diverse team with several nationalities and wide range in age. The open position in the group is for a senior consultant that will work with advanced CAD modeling for mainly noise shields but could also support in a variety of tasks in the team. The work will contain everything from new development, advanced surface modeling, tricky packaging, KOLA documentation, maintenance etc.
About you
We are looking for a person with a university degree within Mechanical Engineering. You have previous work experience from a similar role and experience in surface modeling is highly appreciated. You have good knowledge in systems such as CAD, CREO, PDMLink, KOLA and Protus. They use English as their company language so there is no demand for speaking Swedish but a high demand for English skills, both in communication and writing.
Furthermore, we see that you are positive, solution oriented and service minded with strong business acumen as well as a team player, self-driven and curious.
