Job description
Are you a highly skilled analytical professional with expertise in Mass Spectrometry and Bioanalysis, looking to take the next step in your career? Randstad Life Science is currently looking for a skilled Mass Spectromtry Specialist to join a world-leading clinical research organization at their brand-new, state-of-the-art site in Gothenburg.
The working site is at their Assay Development Department, where you will play a key role in developing and validating analytical methods to support the next generation of pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities
Develop and optimize robust bioanalytical methods using Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS).
Support drug development through the analysis of small and large molecules, biomarkers, and novel modalities.
Perform molecular techniques, including qPCR and dPCR.
Utilize immunochemistry techniques and conduct immunoprecipitation to support complex assays.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) standards.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative lab environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:
Mass Spectrometry Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience (LC-MS/MS). Both Junior and Senior are welcome to apply.
Technical Breadth: Proven experience in molecular biology (qPCR/dPCR) and immunochemistry.
Method Development: Experience in setting up assays from scratch, specifically including immunoprecipitation.
Quality Mindset: Prior experience working in a GLP or regulated environment is highly preferred.
Education: A degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field. Experience as a BMA (Biomedical Scientist) is considered a strong advantage.
Clinical Experience: Extensive experience within clinical bioanalysis is a significant merit.
