We are looking for a Marketplace Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to develop in our fast-growing Marketplace department!
Key responsibilities
• Manage existing and new product listings on Amazon, Zalando Cdiscount, CDON and other marketplaces day to day responsibilities for online sales.
• Create, manage, and optimize listings for maximum visibility and effectiveness.
• Define strategies to increase listing visibility and traffic through marketplace tools, promotions, and product sponsorships.
• Develop marketplace reporting summaries, search term analytics, and competitive benchmarking and make recommendations to drive business key performance indicators.
• Pull weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YTD performance data.
• Manage the channel for errors, alerts, questions, and inquiries and resolve with a high sense of urgency and empathy.
About you
To succeed in this role, you have at least 1+ years Marketplace work experience and a solid understanding of different Marketplaces globally. Prior experience in the Baby industry, and/or ECommerce Retail industries strongly preferred.
You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills, other languages are a big plus. You are analytical, have an ability to think critically and problem-solving is your thing. You are probably used to working in projects and take own initiatives and strive to continue to develop in your field.
You have experience working in cross-functional fast-paced environment with a diverse stakeholder set and you have a passion for working with different Marketplaces and their best practices.
