As Marketing Manager you will be responsible developing and executing a digital marketing strategies along with project management for TaskRunner.
You will be managing a small team who will be in charge of working within a fast paced environment and will be the direct responsible for CRM, Email marketing, Social media, Affiliate marketing, Content, Retention and Acquisition.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
• Develop B2C online marketing strategy to drive acquisition, retention and loyalty.
• Implementing new processes to provide a better customer experience, review customer research and enabling data driven decision making.
• Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing; formulating business cases and measuring ROI.
• Developing and delivering a strategy focusing on the Omni channel experience including email marketing.
• Initiating content for different markets in diverse languages.
• Deliver fully optimised content that focuses on market-specific business issues and aligns product features and benefits with those issues.
• Lead and contribute to strategy in our social media channels finding new commercial opportunities.
• Responsible for KPI reporting and distribution of learnings month to month.
Skills and qualifications
• Experience with Digital Marketing for B2C businesses within the service industry.
• Experience of manipulating data including data segmentation and A/B testing
• Experience with content generating for latin american markets.
• Proven experience executing paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads)
• Proven experience executing digital paid campaigns (Adwords)
• Proven experience with CRM/Email Marketing
• Language proficiency required: Good English, Basic Swedish, Third Language either Spanish or Portuguese.
