The main responsibilities as Marketing Manager in Sweden are:
• Set the commercial direction together with Sales through powerful marketing strategies - and execute them
• Continuously be close to the market and customers to know what makes a difference
• Propose and deliver an annual marketing plan for all areas, based on the budget for which you are responsible
• Produce and update marketing material - including digital - and roll-out toolbox to sales force
• Selectively participate and support Sales with fairs, events and customer activities
• Ensure we have great value propositions across customers and product segments
• Set the local prices and decide product portfolio and future product launches
• Build, nurture and care about our brand in the market
• Min. 2-3 years of marketing experience from a similar position, a marketing agency or from management consulting
• A relevant master's degree in business, marketing or economics
• Customer oriented, good ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
• Ambitious, energetic and result-oriented mind-set
• Well-organized and pro-active approach to getting things done
• Good marketing toolbox with Adobe Suite, Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and website programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
The geographical area of responsibility means that you should expect occasional traveling primarily within Sweden, but also to the other Nordic countries, for example headquarters in Denmark.
