We are now looking for a Marketing Manager.
Key performance areas
As Manager for Marketing your goal is to ensure and optimize brand position by delivering a high level of content production. The Marketing Manager plays a key role to develop Lead Management and Marketing Automation..
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree or equivalent training, as well as three to five years' experience in global marketing/sales and wide experience in a small organization. You also have extensive experience in working with strategies and a wide variety of marketing areas (product, packaging, promotion, place, price, etc.) and appreciate their connection to business value. Yun have experience frpm PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator. Furthermore, you have a track record in delivering results, managing change, and making improvements. Fluency in English, both in writing and in speaking, is a prerequisite for this role.
As a person you take responsibility for your own performance, by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress toward the goals, ensuring feedback, and addressing performance problems and issues promptly. Furthermore, you are able to challenge the current way of working, promote new initiatives, and initiate action; you develop, sponsor, and support the introduction of new and improved methods, products, procedures, and technologies.
