We are now looking for a Marketing Manager for a supplement position of approximately 1 year.
Job description
The Marketing Manager has the overall responsibility for marketing and the total client experience with East Capital. Your prime focus is on Stockholm but you will also have close dialogues with marketing and sales colleagues in our other offices to understand their perspectives and needs.
The position involves planning, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns, as well as an overall responsibility to continuously develop East Capital's client communication interfaces so that they mirror clients' needs and East Capital's brand promise. Your work is always in close synchronization with the sales department. As Marketing Manager you will also be an active copywriter of internal as well external texts and presentations.
Specific skills required
• Integrated work approach (consistency across all client communication channels)
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• See cross link opportunities, social media
• Understanding of Sales' realities in the fund market
As Marketing Manager it is imperative that you have a good simultaneous capacity (run many projects and take initiative to and follow through improvements continuously) as well as an ability to continuously prioritize and manage expectations within the organization.
Knowledge criteria
• Education: Business economics, Msc, mba or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Specialist/Manager role
• English fluency (written and spoken)
• Computer knowledge: MS Office word, powerpoint, excel
• Financial markets knowledge is desired
• Eastern European knowledge is an advantage but not a prerequisite
