We are expanding and are looking for a new talented person to our fantastic team. Since we are in the start-up phase this will be a very broad role. Below we have available work tasks that we want to have help with. The more tasks you are able to fill, the better you will be suited for the role.

Work tasks we want to have help with -

Marketing activities
• Build up marketing artefacts
• Create a more attractive web
• Marketing on social media
• Improve and maintain our Intranet

Relation management
• Build up network with consultant brokers
• Build up network with potential customers
• Evaluation of consultants by customers

Sales, contracting and negotiation
• Create and Offer of consultants to consultancy requests
• Create and settle contracts with customers and brokers

Event management
• Plan and be responsible for company internal events
• Plan and be responsible for events with our stakeholders

Human Resource -
• Build relations with our consultants.
• Support our consultants
• Follow up on happiness index in company

Economy
• Bookkepping
• Follow up on time reports
• Invoicing
• Annual reports

Since we have a couple of consultants from India, it is a plus if you are familiar with indian languages.
