This is us, your new colleagues
The central Marketing & Customer Satisfaction department within Truck Sales Operations is responsible for supporting markets as well as the European, International and Chinese sales areas in the development of strategic and tactical marketing communications, efficient digital channel management and driving customer satisfaction initiatives.

Within the Marketing Communicators' team, we develop external communication targeting customers and drivers. In our team, we believe that challenging ourselves and maintaining an engaging, positive, and helpful attitude is what makes us successful. We have high ambitions and are passionate about delivering effective marketing communication based on customer insights. In your daily work, you will cooperate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, such as marketing strategy, product management, commercial offer and sales support, digital channels, market representatives and external agencies.

Your mission
Your mission is to develop and create engaging and relevant content, responsible for omni-channel content plans, supporting the sales of new and existing truck models, services and features in various marketing campaigns from awareness to conviction. You will drive the content plan work by stakeholder anchoring and aligning as well as executing on the plan in-sync with the overall communication plan and the communication strategy. You will lead and manage activities cross-functionally and work both on a strategic and operational level with brief creation, content development, channel and distribution strategy, market activation and follow-up of the marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities
Manage the communication initiatives from planning, brief creation, content development, market activation, follow-up and reporting of campaign results as well as life-cycle asset management
Content creation and creative writing in an omni-channel ecosystem perspective
Responsible for setting campaign objectives and KPI: s
Sourcing of external partners and agencies
Manage and drive overall content and campaign development for all customer touchpoints (360)
Responsible for ensuring deliverables are on-time, on-brief and within budget
Manage project budget and resources
Communicate, align, and liaise with stakeholders at headquarters, sales areas, and markets throughout the entire marketing communication project

Who are you?
We are looking for a senior marketing communicator with 10 years + experience in driving strategic marketing communication launch projects and creating compelling campaign content. You are able to inspire and approach your work in a structured and results-oriented manner. You are comfortable working with people at all levels and have a sound understanding of the business and the needs of our customers. As a person you have excellent skills in communication and are curious to explore new possibilities beyond the expected. You have a proven record and know-how of working with change management and act as an ambassador for new ways of working and continuous improvements. You know the importance of delivering high quality content assets within the agreed time frame. You are pro-active, with a flexible "can do" mindset and can handle many projects in parallel with tight deadlines and with a substantial number of project stakeholders to align with. Probably you work in a senior role in a communications department today, or in the agency world. Maybe you have an experience from both areas.

Who are you?
A university degree in business administration/marketing or equivalent by experience
Proven track record from working in a similar role and extensive experience in market communication and working with global brands
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, creative thinking, and the ability to create compelling messages
Excellent project management skills
Strong understanding of the creative production process
Fully proficient in written & spoken English
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience driving integrated marketing initiatives & working with cross-functional teams
Networking & collaboration skills
