DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Communication Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, is responsible for driving integrated marketing communications projects, processes and programs in support of the company strategy. The incumbent will engage with local market representatives, other market development colleagues, brand managers and other stakeholders, internal and external, as needed. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each of the following duties satisfactorily:
• Own and manage project production process (creative through production and distribution)
• Develop and manage RFI, RFP and Project Briefs
• Define and manage project steps, tasks, requirements against project milestones, deadline and desired outcomes
• Track and report on essential project deliverables (timeline, resources and milestones)
• Translate and present specifications and project requirements
• Direct, manage and monitor project execution
• Have full authority and responsibility over project scope, time, cost and resources
• Manage project risk assessment and risk management
• Manage project quality
• Assemble and lead project team members
• Direct external vendors needed for project completion
• Manage project communications
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is an idea generator with strong analytical skills. We require that you have:
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field preferred
• Several years of marketing experience
• A winning mindset that passionately strive to make a real difference every day to everyone who needs our products and services
• Excellent English oral and written communications skills
• Demonstrated strong understanding of digital communication channels and their utilization
• Demonstrated ability to think ?outside the box? to create pragmatic solutions
• A winning mindset
• Strong project management experience
• Proven ability to communicate pro-actively and effectively to various stakeholders
• Willingness and ability to continuously suggest and implement process improvements
• Friendly, efficient, positive and professional towards customers, co-workers, manager, vendors and other stakeholders
• Very good understanding of communication channels ? digital and analogue
• Ability and willingness to understand target group needs and issues and use that knowledge to optimize project outcomes
• Previous product/service launch communication experience
