Marketing Automation Specialist
The Marketing Automation Specialist sits in the CRM team and is responsible for securing the configuration in the marketing automation platform used for segmentation and email, SMS, push and in-car send-outs. Working closely with both the central CRM and product team, you are responsible for implementing and testing the customer journeys, as well as securing that the right contacts gets the right message at the right time. As part of your job you will be involved with the product team, ensuring that bugs and improvements are worked on to empower continuous improvements in the marketing automation tool. This to ultimately secure that coherent, timely and relevant communication goes out to our CRM base.
For this role, we're looking for someone with a data-driven mindset, and technical knowledge and interest. Someone who gets excited about automation and finding new solutions to make our tech stack work for us.
This position can be based in Amsterdam, Gothenburg and Milan.
What you'll do
• Collect content to be implemented in the marketing automation platform (Dynamics 365 for Marketing)
• Works closely with the CRM Analyst to configure segments
• Configure and test customer journeys
• Work on solution blueprints for new projects with our product team
• Identify pain points in the marketing automation platform and communicate request demands to product teams
• Oversee the data architecture to support CRM requests for data-driven communication and targeting
What you should have
• A hands-on/can-do attitude - CRM is a small team with a lot of possibilities to grow, which means wearing a lot of hats
• 2-3 years or more of relevant experience in CRM
• Experience in working with a CRM / Marketing automation tool (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sitecore, or similar)
• Excellent in stakeholder management
• HTML knowledge is a plus
• E2E / QA testing experience
