What you will be a part of
Market Network Management (MNM) is a department within Group Legal Affairs and a key function in Saab's compliance program. MNM is responsible for handling appointment and management of international intermediaries for business winning and execution.
Your role
As a Regional Director you will be responsible for support to Saab 's Market Areas. The work is performed in close co-operation with Market- and Business Areas as well as the Ethics and Compliance function. You will be a part of a prestige less, committed and result oriented team and report to the Head of MNM. You will have a unique possibility to get an insight into Saab's business and build a Saab internal global business network. The main tasks for this role are:
Perform and evaluate corruption risk assessments
Conduct due diligence investigations
Train intermediaries and Saab 's personnel in the company 's anti-corruption policy and relevant internal processes
Negotiate intermediary agreements
Support the organization in the choice of business models and business set-up in compliance with Saab Code of Conduct and applicable laws and regulations.
Your skills and experience
This position requires a high degree of professionalism and integrity. You have excellent business understanding as well as good negotiation skills. You are experienced in international business, setting up contractual documents and preferably have a good understanding of anti-corruption compliance matters. A university degree is desirable for this position.
As a person you are analytical, have a good sense of order, the ability to prioritize and have demonstrated your skill to take initiative. You have a service-oriented mindset, good communication skills in both Swedish and English and the ability to work and contribute constructively in a team environment.
Workplace could be either Stockholm or Linköping.
