hela Sverige We are looking for a MTM that will collaborate with a highly talented team. As an MTM you will drive the manufacturing technology development for electrical propulsion and other selected areas. The development will be carried out in close cooperation with the production sites within Powertrain and other entities such as Product development.
Purpose and content of the role
• Managing the manufacturing technology area for Electrical propulsion
• Providing technical solutions and recommendations for the area from a business and manufacturing perspective
Responsibilities and main tasks
• MTM is responsible for the manufacturing technology roadmap within the area
• Identifying future needs and running advance engineering projects to desired manufacturing readiness level within the area
• Support product development projects to create best products
• Driving and participating internal and external networks ranging from research to standardization within the area

Knowledge, skills and experience
• You have a strong driving force and ability to manage different business topics
• You have a strong interest in emerging technologies
• Experience from manufacturing engineering
• You have a good knowledge of the automotive industry and experience in strategy creation
• It is also important that you are able to work independently and take own initiatives
• University (master) degree from relevant areas such as engineering
• Proven leadership and coaching skills
• Good interpersonal relation capabilities at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in the English language is required
• You have the willingness and ability to travel
Volvo Group Trucks Operations encompasses all production of the Group's engines and transmissions, as well as all production of Volvo, Renault and Mack trucks. The organization is responsible for spare parts supplies to the Group 's customers as well as for designing, operating and optimizing logistics and supply chain for all brands, production facilities and distribution centers where the Volvo Group operates.
