hela Sverige Role Summary/Purpose:
Project manager for supply chain strategy projects:
Capacity, improvements, manufacturing tools & equipment, automation etc?
Manage and drive technology roadmap for the factory
Establish budget, plans and activities in a timely, quality and cost conscious manner.
Initiate and drive efforts to improve quality and efficiency for both products and processes
Interface with factory and global counter-parts to achieve program goals and integrate global activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
Define detail project objectives, and required plans to achieve those objectives
Define and manage local project team with functional leaders to identify and apply the necessary resources across the plant to achieve objectives. When necessary, reach out to other organizations to obtain any additional financial or headcount resources needed
Set goals and objectives for the local project team, and assist in the evaluation of the team against these metrics
Make follow-up of expenses vs project budget
Identify opportunities for improvements proactively
Provide leadership for acquisition of sourced materials to meet program goals
Ensure quality compliance activities are resourced and executed
Maintain full regulatory compliance with EHS, FDA, OSHA and/or any other legal requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor degree with several years of operations experience or High School diploma with several years of operations experience
MS/MBA a plus
Experience from Lean manufacturing and use of Lean tools / DMAIC as well as Green/Black belt certification is a plus
Solid manufacturing process development experience
Process automation experience
Demonstrated experience from development of new technology within manufacturing area
General product development experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
Demonstrated personal and system level computer skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills (Swedish and English)
Regulatory/Compliance experience
International experience in one or more of GEHC Regions
