The Managing Director is responsible for leading the thoughtbot Stockholm office. They will bring new clients to thoughtbot, maintain relationships with existing clients, recruit and retain employees, ensure profitability, and maintain high standards in all areas of the office's work.
Extensive design or development (Ruby on Rails or iOS) experience. Experience leading a team of developers and designers. Experience with sales, hiring, and business management are required.
