hela Sverige As Manager for the Transaction team - AP/AR/VAT/Bank you will report to Head of Accounting within SKF Finance Sweden. You will coach your team of sex senior accountants in order to secure quality accounting referring to
• Account Payable
• Account Receivable
• VAT and declarations including Intrastat
• Bank transaction and direct cash transactions
Your passion is to deliver high quality above mention areas and to coach colleagues. You will of cause develop and improve processes within you area.
• Lead, coach and develop your team
• Delivery of accurate and efficient processes within AP/AR/VAT/Bank for AB SKF, SKF Sverige AB, SKF Eurotrade AB and more legal entities
• Reconciliation of accout Payable, Receivable, VAT and bank transactions
• Delivery of aging analysis, VAT declarations, etc
• External contacts with audits, SCB reporting, etc.
• At least 5 years work experience from an accounting department in an international company is required
• Experience from developing new as well as challenging old processes and procedures
• Used to work with deadlines and able to deliver even with tight deadlines
• Excellent skills in Excel and preferable if you have worked with SAP.
• University degree in finance or similar
• Fluent in English and Swedish
