Manager Remuneration Structures

The function Labour Affairs is part of corporate HR in Scania and consists of three groups: Labour Law, Remuneration Structures and Labour Affairs Development. The group Remuneration Structures is responsible for salary formation processes and remuneration structures globally in Scania for all employees except Scania's Top Management.

During 2015, as a part of our succession planning we are recruiting a new Manager for the function, with responsibility for developing policies, processes and methods in the area, as well as increase the cooperation nationally and internationally in the area compensation and benefits.

Duties
The role involves contacts at all levels within the whole company group where you are expected to take a proactive role within your area of responsibility. The tasks vary between strategic and operative. Also performing profound analyses. Going forward we see the need to create global job architecture to develop remuneration structures and creating a basis for our market salary analysis. Using salary statistics is a central part of the work.

Internally you support Scania's Management, HR-organisation and managers. Externally you will have contacts with Teknikföretagen and other necessary parties to further develop processes and for benchmarking. Negotiations with Scania's unions is an important part of your role. In the group you will have two co-workers specialised in remuneration.

Your profile
You have an academic degree in behavioural science, economics, law or equivalent with qualified managerial experience with specialisation in HR and remuneration questions. You have high level of integrity and through your ommunicative skills are able to easily make contacts and relationships. Furthermore you are an experienced project leader in the area of change and development. We expect you be independent and analytical. It is an advantage if you have international experience and you need to be fluent in Swedish and English both written and verbal. Experience in statistics and evaluation of positions is of merit.
