hela Sverige We are currently looking for a Manager within Quality Assurance to strengthen our organization. The candidate will work in an international environment with enthusiastic people and continuously develop our business to meet new demanding requirements.
DESCRIPTION
The Manager Quality Assurance will be based in Mölndal, Sweden and responsible for a team consisting of Supplier/Quality Engineers. The candidate enjoy coaching and develop the team in order to align with Quality Strategy and meet business objectives. The position will report directly to the Director Quality Assurance.
Position responsibilities:
• Quality Control, secure Incoming Inspection, In-Process and Final Release
Process are compliant and efficient
• Production Support, provide support to manufacturing of standard and
custom made products
• Actively work to improve the processes linked to Quality Control area
• Qualification of components from supplier with Production Part Approval Process
• Participate to Audits performed by external parties
• Management of the budget for the team
• Participate in product development project and other improvement projects
• Responsible for the calibration process at Mölndal
• Support of Customer Complaint Process and have close cooperation with
global complaint teams
• Review of validation documentation and secure compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
For this role in a truly global business environment, we look for qualified candidates with a relevant background. The position requires:
• University degree in engineering or an equivalent professional background
• Experience from working in a medical device industry and have knowledge about
ISO 13485 and 21 CFR is a requirement
• Act as people manager and experience from leadership and coaching
• Excellent communication skills as the role requires close contact with several functions
• Participated to and have experience of Audits from external parties
Personal characteristics are planning skills, attention to details and the skill to lead a team. We believe that you are a positive and social person with
the ability to maintain a good relation with the global network. It is an advantage if you have strong focus and drive to achieve goals and targets. As you will be working in a global environment, your English must be excellent, written and spoken alike.
