We are transforming the plant into the future to meet the needs of cool new products, processes and technology. You now have the opportunity to be a driver in that. As the Group Manager for Project Office, you will inspire and lead a team of 10 caring and engaged project managers. Your team coordinates all product and process projects and you are the spider in the web for our strategic agenda for the plant, meaning YOU can have a huge impact on the future of our plant. You will be a part of the Engineering and Maintenance management team.

You main tasks will be to manage the project portfolio in Tuve for both Product and Process projects. Managing your team of project managers. Coordinating Tuve Long Term Vision and make sure it is connected to our Master Plan. It will be important for you to coach and engage people in the organization and be a representative of Tuve in Global meetings.
