The company is currently seekings to employee intellectual, hard-working & fast learning people to manage the day-to-day operations of our fast growing business activities.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager Operations will be required to look-over the daily operations, seek to establish contacts in the local market, create awareness of the companies products in the neighbouring countries, provide customer support and provide assistance to the VD in the company's internal matters. The prospective employee should be
• Result-oriented in performance and seeks to develop self-personality along with the company's development
• Able to represent the company in International Food Conferences and Exhibitions with sincere-efforts & keen to success
• Able to ensure the successful operation of deliveries and arrivals of rice cargo.
• Able to maintain clean records of deliveries of products made to the customers (weight, date, order number and other details)
• Able to maintain records of import of products (supplier details, invoices, payments, stacks of products, inventory)
• Able to assist the VD in maintaining quality just-in-time inventory system to ensure maximum efficiency of company's inventory and resources
• Able to provide support to the company's customers in a timely and professionally suitable manner regarding their orders, deliveries and after-sales support
• Able to persuade potential customers about benefits of using us as their agricultural produce suppliers at origin and convince them to place trial orders of our products
• Able to perform other duties as directed by the company related to import, export, administration & marketing
• Working to pre-arranged maintenance schedule and ensuring all records are updated.
• Provide feedback via daily reports/weekly reports on consignments & customers status.
• To constantly monitor our products (agricultural products) international market trends, local market sales patterns and speculate on future market patterns using prior experiences and current market situations and demand & supply curves
• Available to travel abroad for marketing conferences, promotional fairs, exhibitions and Workshops.
• Company can make arrangement to improve languages skills in Swedish and English.
• This job requires a person to be able to work during the day-shift, preferably 1000-1700.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
At least one year's experience in international marketing and production systems of agricultural products, specifically being imported from Asian Countries. At least one year of work experience in same or similar position. Understanding the operation and total quality system procedures of rice storage, handling, delivery and marketing procedures. Good PC and communication skills with ability to train others. Highly motivated team player. This position will require you to be mobile & pro-active to overlook various aspects of business and such.
