We are developing world class Automated Testing Framework/Services for customers, the requirements on our products, from both existing and potential new customers, are currently very high and there is a huge demand of new features. Our 2G/3G/4G/5G Test Framework/Services are widely used by Ericsson Globally and telecom operators. To meet the demands above and to secure a continued success of the Ericsson Packet Core products, we are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. You will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.
You will
Be required to drive technology and product leadership
Be responsible for flow optimization
Be responsible for innovation and improvements
Be part of knowledge sharing and learning
Leading, coaching, and developing individuals, teams and organizations
Encourage collaboration between your teams and other teams
Secure that the organization has what it needs to contribute to our operations
Recruit for and staff your unit
To be successful in the role you must have
More than 5 years relevant working experiences with bachelor's degree or above
Domain experience in telecom, software development
Leadership experience
Customer insight
Business understanding
Excellent Project and Program Management Skills
Coaching & Mentoring Skills
Negotiation Skill
Formulating strategies and concepts
Testing or CI/CD experience
Fluency in English
