- Technology, Development and Hydraulic

Cromax is, since two years, going through a change process.

One of the initiatives is to strengthen the technical capabilities of Cromax, to invest in a new product offering and to develop all aspects of marketing. Cromax is now looking for a person to drive this initiative from a role as Manager of Marketing and Technology.

The person in this role will be responsible for:

- Product development. Develop the product and service offering of Cromax and drive the implementation supported by the Ovako steel mills and the Cromax units. Specifically, continue the development of new steel grades tailored to hydraulic applications.
- Technical sales support. Develop relationships with end customers and cylinder designers. Specifically, develop strong relationships within the top OEMs in construction equipment and represent Cromax in different technical forums in Sweden and abroad.
- Marketing. Develop marketing and sales material/design tools for customers and end customers. Responsibility for the Cromax brand.
- Coordinate all Ovako growth initiatives with the segment of Hydraulics including products not produced by Cromax.

This function will be based in Hallstahammar and reports to the President and Managing Director of Cromax.

We are looking for a person with a technical qualification from University in combination with experience from relevant industry. You have knowledge of manufacturing and/or design of hydraulic cylinders and/or experience from further processing of steel. You are fluent in English.

As a person you are easy to work with and enjoy working with different persons in different kind of projects. You have a high drive and creative approach to problem solving.
