About the job
UC Solutions is part of the B2B Delivery & Operations division, which falls under the Business area B2B. As a manager for Contact Center TRIO & Genesys, you will be part of the UC Solutions leadership team, and together, we are responsible for:
• Implementing new Voice services to our B2B customers as effective as possible
• Operations and Maintenance of all our UC customers, PBX, platforms, Applications, and Managed services
• Developing our business and Customer relations, with high technical competence and proactivity
The Contact Center TRIO & Genesys team is part of B2B UC Solutions, offering advanced communication solutions, platforms, and applications. The team consists of 21 technicians with expertise in the technology areas of Contact Center TRIO & Genesys. These technicians are located throughout Sweden, from Göteborg in the south to Luleå in the north, and are responsible for:
• Implementing new customers
• Upgrade existing customers
• Consulting services
• Support to existing customers (2:nd and 3:rd line)
• Proactive service delivery
• Add on sales
The team works closely with other teams and needs to have good cooperation with teams that offer first-line support for our customers (Customer Service), as well as other teams that assist us with support in each technology area.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensure outstanding leadership and management of your team in good accordance with the Tele2 Values
• Responsible for profit and loss within your business area
• Set goals and have regular check-in with each employee
• Work with the team and other collegues to improve the way of working - drive business development & continues improvements
Lead the daily work in the function including:
• Managing & support employees and external consultants
• Be a part of the operational daily work together with the team
• Following-up on financial results and operations KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Help leading task forces during major incidents
This is a permanent position, and the role is located within Sweden's borders as long as you can work from any of our 18 different offices around the country; we offer a hybrid workplace.
Who are you?

Strong leadership profile, several years of experience in leadership

Experience to lead a business in change and development

Good knowledge about Large Enterprise and Public segment

Good knowledge about advanced communication solutions for B2B customers

An advanced level in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken
