Who you are
Who are you?We are looking for an experienced Manager within IT Architecture, with at least 10 years' relevant experience. You should have a keen ability to work and communicate effectively across business functions in international and cross-cultural environments. Expectations include a high level of passion for leading others, initiative and ability to grasp and deliver on complex and holistic scenarios.
About the jobYou will be the focal point for architectural work throughout the enterprise in supporting the business by aligning the overall strategic IT landscape with business strategies, as well as developing and maintaining the architectural framework and standards and assuring consistent use and complianceA crucial component will be to establish, communicate, execute, maintain and continuously improve the architecture operating model and the architecture components/framework.
You will lead, manage and develop the architecture team; including organization, roles & responsibilities, staffing, competence, skills, culture and behaviour.

How to translate business strategy, objectives and processes into an efficient, agile, flexible and sustainable architecture and conceive, design and oversee the realization of complex solutions based on best practice in an industrial company
Strong communication and presentation skills and fluent in business English.
