As a Management Trainee, you will be an important part of making this happen.
As a Management Trainee
You will work in close co-operation with our CEO or a member of the management team for 12 months where you gain great insight in their daily work. We are looking for trainees for the following positions:
* CEO/CFO
* CMO Consumer
* CMO Business
* CIO
* CCO
As a Trainee you will get a unique opportunity to learn about our business challenges and leadership while still being involved in operational projects. As a Trainee, you will be exposed to key stakeholders in the company and participate in a wide range of interesting activities where you can make an impact. You will set your own direction and grow professionally through daily challenges.

We would also like to see that you have the following background
* Master's degree
* Newly graduated or up to (but not more than) 2 years' work experience post-graduation
* Experience from relevant internships or summer jobs
* Experience from leading initiatives/projects during your studies
* Very good English skills (both oral and written)

* Application deadline: 12th of January 2020
* Week 3: Screening phase (online assessment with ability tests)
* Week 4: First round interviews (qualifications and motivation). This will consist of a pre-recorded video interview session.
* Week 5 to 6: Second round interviews (competency based interviews)
* February 14th: Assessment Center at Telenor in Stockholm

Start date: August 2020
Employment type: Permanent position. The trainee period is 12 months.
