About the work
Business Area Distribution develops, operates and maintains grids for electricity distribution in the Swedish and German markets, and provides relevant information to customers and other market players. Business Area Distribution, consisting of the Business Units Distribution Sweden and Distribution Germany, delivers electricity to 3.3 million customers. BU Network Solutions is a new business unit that is responsible for growing non-regulated networks in Sweden and UK. We are continuously working towards a standard of excellence in reliability and efficiency of our distribution grids to meet the requirements and expectations of our customers and the society today and into the future. Resolving the upcoming tasks will require people with all-out commitment to our customers and a sustainable society - people like you.
Three of the executive managers share management support. It 's the VP 's for Human Resources and Controlling and the BU Head for Network Solutions.
While working as with management support you will be supporting the three managers in their daily work with administrative tasks, such as meeting and travel booking as well as coding invoices. You will also support them with different administration within the HR and Finance area.
About you
For this position, a high school education is a must, but preferably you have an academic education on a higher level.
To succeed in this role, you like to work in a supportive and service minded role. You enjoy coordinating and setting structure for others and you need to be able to work with many tasks at the same time. Working experience and excellent skills in office programs like Power Point and outlook is a requirement.
For this role, you need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

The assignment is planned to start in January 2018 and will be ongoing until september. For the right person, the assignment may be extended.
