Responsibilities
As a Management Consultant and Co-creationist you are the trusted expert in your field and will have access to expertise from other sectors leading to increased creativity and cross fertilization of great ideas. Your main goal is to provide real, measurable business benefits. Our management consulting practice is growing fast all over Europe and we need a pioneer or intrapreneur in the Stockholm area to accelerate the business locally through:
• Manage and deliver consulting assignments
• Transform clients' challenges into opportunities and strong business cases
• Support clients with Designing strategies, performing analysis, creating action and business plans, facilitating and driving innovation, setting -
requirements on solutions, re-engineering business processes, leading business change, managing and executing projects
• You will act in many roles and deliver in many different ways: workshop leader, facilitator, advisor, project or program manager and educator/trainer
• You will have a responsibility for building and establish new relationships both within existing Fujitsu client accounts and with new client's
• You will support client account planning
• You will manage preparations of bids and client presentations

Who are you?

You probably work in the digital revolution today but with a desire to take the next step, moving closer to business and managerial roles.
What we look for:
• Entrepreneurial and pioneering spirit
• Experience from smaller hi-tech companies and/or bigger international organizations. Experience working with digitalization and consulting
• Experienced workshop leader and facilitator, using one or more methodologies within Design thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Business Modelling, Agile/SAFe, Change Management, BPR, Balanced Scorecard
• Ability to understand and engage in our customer's business (e.g. finance, retail, manufacturing and public sector)
• Fluent in Swedish and English is mandatory
Location: You will be working from our Nordic headquarters in Kista, Stockholm. Clients are mainly based in the Stockholm area, with opportunity to work internationally.
