Requirements:
• Implement from scratch or port complex machine learning, statistical, and data-mining methods.
• Setup and run computational analyses on high-dimensional biomedical data.
• Develop and modify moderately complex software and demonstrations.
• Thoroughly document all software, code and experiments.
• Ensure the integrity and security of institutional data, code, and experiments.
• Provide technical assistance to customers and collaborators.
Required Qualifications:
• Master's in Computer Science/Machine Learning (preferably), Applied Math, Statistics or related technical discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience
• Knowledge of key machine learning and statistical methods.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data-structures.
• Strong programming skills in Matlab and/or R.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to produce deliverables reliably under deadlines.
