As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the movement of goods within Stora Enso's Biomaterials supply chain. You will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable logistics operations while delivering top-tier service to our customers. Your role will directly impact operational efficiency, sustainability, cost reduction, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate transport bookings to external warehouses
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, S&OE, IT, Claims, and Order Fulfillment) to optimize logistics operations
Monitor carrier performance and ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards
Conduct inventory stock-taking and operational audits at external terminals
Engage in process improvements, IT system development, and strategic logistics initiatives
Ensure adherence to regulations and guidelines set by governments, customers, and carriers
Contribute to a safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment
Your location will be Skutskär and you will be working in Biomaterials Division. You will report to Logistics Manager Order fulfillment.

Who are we looking for?
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
Experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or supply chain planning is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Technical proficiency in logistics software and tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
Mindset & Leadership
Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
A proactive approach to continuous improvement
Strong sense of accountability and integrity
Passion for sustainability and efficiency in logistics
