As a co-worker at Customer service - Export Sales, Logistics your main tasks will be:
• Register incoming orders in SAP and create order acknowledgement
• Monitor orders and meet delivery precision targets
• Provide support and advice to export customers
• Register customer complaints and handle credits / debits
• Invoicing
• Handle express orders
• Give quotes on leadtime and price on inquiries
• Responsible for handling the weekly replenishment in SAP to USA-subsidiaries
• Create picking lists and communicate weekly delivery plans for our 3-PL
• Continuous improvement of customer service export sales and the logistics processes
You will be responsible for a number of customers worldwide, providing them with the service they require, and also in charge of the replenishment for USA, our largest sales company. Most of the conversation and communication are in English, but you will also have a tight collaboration in Swedish with a number of co-workers to solve your daily work.
The role is wide because it is about solving different problems for the customer, ranging from acting as the spider in the web and pushing for supply to meet delivery to customer on time, track and trace deliveries, explaining product solutions etc.
We are looking for a coworker to join our Logistic team! The position is for our department Customer Service - Export sales. The department is included in the Logistics function, location is Växjö and you will report to the Logistics manager. You will work closely with the rest of team at Logistics, the international sales managers and our 3-PL to give our export customers the best service possible.
Your background
• Minimum of 1-2 experience of international customer support or equivalent sales and service experience
• University degree in Logistics/Business or relevant university degree is a requirement
• Good structure & ability to prioritize
• Service-oriented and customer focused
• Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of working in Microsoft Excel
• SAP R3 experience is meritorious
In this role, you take part in the whole process from order to delivery, and customers are repeatable, so maintaining a high level of service is important.
The starting point of the position are a temporary employment, we have a need over the summer from May/June to Aug/Sept with a possibility for the right person to continue in a permanent employment. Critical is that we need you to be available between weeks 25-35 for this position.
