As Loading Service Specialist you develop and enhance the loading and unloading services for the Formaldehyde business, in order to increase customer value and our overall market position. International travel up to 20% is part of the role.
What you will do
• Develop our current un/loading service concept further, and develop new methods and technologies
• Manage and organize technical documentation
• Responsible for technical resolutions of loading service complaints
• Ensure loading service team is trained and support them when required
• Develop the planning schedule and follow up of services, together with Customer Service
• Annual forecasting and budgeting of the loading service
• Develop and update price lists and un/loading service contract templates
• Participate in customer trainings
• Building and maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders

Who you are
You are a Senior Engineer with significant customer services and technical support experience.
You are highly customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Due to your structured and organized way of working you can manage different projects at the same time. You have a very good level of both Swedish and English and can build strong human to human relationships.
