As Live Producer in Toca Days you'll be joining our most ambitious project yet - a friendly multiplayer world for children celebrating the excitement and quirkiness of everyday life. A 3D world where kids will be able to play and explore in real time through their own avatar.
What you'll be doing
You'll be joining Toca Days on their journey in growing the product to its full potential and bringing it to our amazing audience of kids all around the world. You'll get involved hands on with priorities here and now, all while keeping a long-term strategic focus. The role will grow and evolve along with the product.
It's a collaborative role with many touchpoints. You'll lead our cross-functional Live & Release team with members representing Research & Insights, Store Managers, Customer Support, Community Management, Platform Teams and Product Marketing. You'll partner with the Product Owner on how to engage and activate the community and define the future roadmaps for the product, and the Technical Director will be a key partner in managing tech requirements and releases of tech initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with the development team and other functions in the studio.
You'll plan and execute on client and server releases, and plan and manage the activation calendar and the in-product storefront, making sure they are aligned and coordinated across all relevant functions.
As a stakeholder for live tooling, you'll define requirements and ways of working for the live team to drive engagement in the product outside of regular releases.
You'll work with the Production Team to establish roadmaps, estimate scope and represent your team in production related matters, and drive sprint-planning and retrospective sessions in an agile environment with the Live & Release team.
Is this you?
You're a Producer (or have gained similar experience in another role), with experience leading a cross-functional team in a tech environment.
You have worked with a product requiring fast releases, and have experience in building an engaging live roadmap with knowledge of release processes and first party requirements on Apple and Google app stores.
You have worked with A/B testing and understand data-driven development and testing.
If you have experience working with continuous integration of processes and tools, and an understanding of agile development practices, that's a plus but not a requirement.
You believe in the power of play!
This is us!

Good to know!
This position is full time and based in our Stockholm studio with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You'll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation. As we're an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you need to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
