OM TJÄNSTEN
On the behalf of our client who is specialized in tailoring unique travel experiences, we are now looking for a Leisure Travel Coordinator. As a Leisure Travel Coordinator you will be responsible for managing travel bookings, including flights and hotels, and handling project finances while liaising with suppliers. The role focuses on individual clients and family trips, requiring a fast and proactive approach, especially during peak vacation periods. We are looking for you who likes to work in a high paced dynamic environment and have a good eye for attention to detail.
The position is a long-term staffing assignment through Academic Work, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Work tasks
• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, and liaise with suppliers while managing project finances.
• Work primarily with individual clients and family trips, managing a different workflow compared to corporate projects.
• Ensure a fast, proactive approach, particularly during busy vacation periods
• Handle up to 100 projects annually, requiring quick decision-making and strong attention to detail
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Good knowledge of booking processes, flight ticketing, and overall travel logistics
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Project management skills
• Good knowledge in English and Portuguese or Spanish
