About the position
Perido is looking for a Legal Officer to our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. You will join the Head of Legal and Procurement team, partly from home and partly at the office based in the north of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Section Legal Services and Procurement in any legal and grant question. More specifically:
Provide legal advice to staff in relation to practical questions
Provide advice in relation to the procurement and grant services by updating/reviewing draft contracts, amendments, agreement, and procurement
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, which may include notes, legal opinions, and other documentation in relation to a variety of aspects of EU administrative and sector specific laws
Assist in tasks related to Compliance, Data Protection, Declarations of conflict of interest
Your qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, we see that you have a high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters. We hope that you are thorough with figures and can draft clear and concise documents. You have a high level of service orientation and know how to prioritize your work. Furthermore, we see that you are a responsible and structured team player!

Requirements
Legal education at university level and relevant professional experience
Experience and knowledge linked to the relevant tasks
Basic knowledge of grant procedures and workflows
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English
Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment until 2022-03-31. Start as soon as possible.
