hela Sverige * define, develop and share the Ingka Centres leadership development concept and approach so it is aligned with both the IKEA Culture and Values and the People Strategy and also in close cooperation with leadership development at Group People & Culture
• lead the work of reviewing and simplifying leadership principles and behaviours based on growth ambitions and capability needs thereby supporting adaptable enablement and business needs
• conceptualize, develop and plan the execution and implementation for global leadership development at Ingka Centres that is targeted to leaders of all levels for on-boarding programs, self-leadership and enablement in addition to coordinating and evaluating key competence needs
• contribute to organizational wide ongoing communication to involve and inspire about Ingka Centres Leadership Development
• collaborate with stakeholders across the business such as in Leadership Development, Learning & Development and Competence Development to monitor progress and secure continuous improvements
• lead and instill the IKEA Culture and Values agenda throughout the Ingka Centres organisation with an engaging and continuous on-going dialogue
• follow up on leadership data and trends and create insights which can support improving concepts, processes, tools and solutions
• collaborate with and participate in fit for purpose teams, within People & Culture Domain and across Domains, to develop solutions and share best practices supporting a constant learning organisation
You are passionate about business, people and leadership development and feel a genuine commitment to and engagement in developing the business and delivering business result through excellent leadership and culture. You appreciate the mix of strategic, tactical and operational thinking. Working in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment energizes you and you feel driven to being an ambassador for IKEA culture and values on an everyday basis.
You relate to the description of being a strong and experienced leader who find better ways, enable change, inspire and lead others, develop the business, accomplish goals and deliver results.
You have expert knowledge of:
• leadership development within multi-site, global organisation
• how to best contribute to and support the implementation of Leadership strategies
• the latest HR trends and innovations that can support Ingka Centres with leadership development
• how to identify leadership and culture learning and development needs
• change and transformation in a complex environment
• safeguarding our culture based on our values in an evolving business world
Moreover, you have the capability to:
• influence, collaborate and inspire others
• coordinate efficiently, with a capacity to handle many interfaces and tasks
• confidently navigate in a complex and interdependent environment
• work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team-player
• manage strategic, tactical as well as operational challenges

The main objective is to establish and drive continuous focus on developing leadership through providing a compelling leadership framework supported by targeted and impactful leadership development activities while also cultivating a strong IKEA Values and Culture driven based approach.
