We are looking for several experienced leaders to a role called Technical Solution Responsible (TSR). You will be working as a leader of a team with technicians in their daily work onsite and with our external offshore partners. Our goal is to deliver a stable, well performing and secure infrastructure and application environment to our business. As TSR you will be in the center of the delivery, oversee the delivery on a daily basis, report status, deviations and possibilities for improvement. You will handle expectations, requirements and requests as well as ensuring quality in the delivery at all times. You will also cooperate with the right stakeholders to secure that we set the right expectations and the right requirements for the delivery.
This is an opportunity for you to work in a global organization with resource and management services. To succeed in this role you have excellent interpersonal skills, a service minded attitude and have a solid understanding of IT, especially Infrastructure & Operations. You are an open and honest leader who enjoys building relationships and have great communication skills.

Your responsibilities
The job as a Technical Solution Responsible at H&M IT comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun!
Your to do-list includes:
• Being responsible for the operations of the IT systems within the delivery area according to business requirements
• Leading the team of application technicians in their daily work onsite and offshore
• Being responsible to establish, apply, integrate and improve the service delivery
• Participating and contributing in the continuous work with the maintenance and operational plans
• Participating in projects and transition to operations from development
• Participating in external procurement and monitoring of suppliers and vendors

Your skills include:
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading technical teams and offshore deliveries within an IT organization
• Experience from planning, organizing and follow up
• Experience of leading, coaching and delegating to get the team to work towards the same goals
• Experience from IT Service Management processes, ITSM
• Good knowledge in Swedish and English, spoken and written

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe.
