Our Life Cycle Support department supports the sales areas and is the main owner of all technical issues related to equipment and performance. With our knowledge and exceptional customer service, we focus on ensuring both stability and efficiency. We are now looking for a Lead Technical Trainer to join our team in Svedala. Your mission - secure an attractive training portfolio for both internal and external audiences
In this position, you have the overall responsibility for the development of the technical training portfolio globally, and thereby, for delivering technical training of products, processes and services. You're part of a training team that work close together within the other teams within the Life Cycle Support department and you report to the Training Manager.
Your responsibilities include:
• Having the overall ownership of a portfolio of technical training material - ensuring that training material for core equipment and service processes are in accordance to defined standards, up to date and based on the correct technical information, as well as available for new product launches
• Having the overall ownership of course set-up and session planning to secure a complete training offer to external and internal target groups
• Having the overall responsibility for technical train-the-trainer courses and certification
• Driving the development and delivery of product safety training in relation to operation, maintenance, service, service inspection, installation, commissioning and faultfinding
• Identifying and developing possibilities of optimization and standardization in training development processes and material, such as developing standard templates for practical training of equipment, parts, and consumables
• Facilitate technical courses to external and internal target groups
The position is placed in Svedala and travel is a natural part of the role.
Your character
We are looking for someone with a relevant degree, perhaps in Industrial Design, Engineering, Instructional Design or Pedagogy, or equivalent knowledge gained from experience. You also have a background of at least five years from a similar position from a large industry, and you have experience from train-the-trainer courses. As we operate in Sweden but are part of a global organization, your skills in both Swedish and English must be advanced, verbally and in writing.
