We are looking for System Architect that we will be part of the group Systems, Architecture & Strategies at Volvo Group Truck Technology Vehicle Automation. Your main responsibility will be on the public road applications. ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a System Architect you will be part of the train management for the Agile Release Train for public road. You will work closely together with colleagues in an open-minded and creative environment, were you lead the way forward. You will guide the development of technical system solutions, targeting customer gains, which will be implemented in HW and SW. Your work will include high level analysis and management on system level, as well as proposing enablers for new functionality and defining technical solutions in general.WHO ARE YOUWe are looking for engineers who are both structured and thorough as well as having an open mind and positive attitude in team work and enjoy working with new complex technologies. You are experienced from leading technical development and are used to make technical recommendations. You have reflected on benefits of good system design and preferably have worked within automotive industries or with electrical system design in other industry branch.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE?MSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software, Physics, Mechatronics or similarKnowledge of system development of embedded real-time systems, electrical HW development or vehicle developmentMinimum 5 years of experience from automotive electronics developmentFluent in English, written and spokenExcellent communication skillsExperience from agile product development using the SAFe framework is a meritHave a business and customer focusWe strongly believe that diversity of experience, perspectives, and background leads to a better environment for our employees and thus offers higher values to our customers.
