We are looking for an experienced risk and change practitioner to join in a mission to contribute to a greener future. By joining our client you will be a key player in supporting the management and execution of the physical works and expanding one of the first large scale European battery factories.
OM TJÄNSTEN
As a Lead Risk and Change Engineer you will be responsible for deploying a big growing energy companys risk management and change management working practices. You will lead the implementation of their change management and risk management processes, systems, tools & templates, and ensure that they are properly used by internal and external project participants in relation to specific contracts and defined scopes of works. Additionally, there will be program monitoring and reporting obligations interfacing with the clients broader risk and change governance, senior and execution management teams.
You will be an integral part of the Program Project Controls function which is divided by a number of discrete projects, and work closely with the Program & Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Business Control teams to achieve better project outcomes as defined by the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In particular, you will need to support the project management team by preparing robust risk and change information that will allow for informed management decisions; this will include preparing (and possibly presenting) information for review & approval at their established risk and change forums.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
• Administering change management practices for an assigned Project's Program scope of works (top-down change management)
• Managing and co-ordinating the program and project change management processes within execution teams
• Supporting the preparation of changes, and potentially presenting changes, at the Project's Program change council and administering the associated change logs
• Supporting the contract management team interface with their suppliers as it relates to changes and risks
• Ensuring that change decisions are fully communicated to the change owners
• Developing the digitalisation, automation, and standardisation of the change process
• Driving risk based thinking in the program, embedding the project risk process
• Administering the companys Program Risk Management Process
• Coordinating the systematic management of risk through the risk owners in the delivery teams
• Jointly facilitating monthly risk reviews with the delivery teams
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• BSC/Msc in Engineering/Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• Solid Technical experience in Construction with proven understanding of industry practises
• Experience in change and risk management
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS suite, BIM 360, Power Bi, Omega 365 and Power Query or equivalent
Bonus points for
• Experience developing and running quantitative risk models (ideally with Palisade @Risk)
• Experience developing/using digital tools and enterprise software, not already mentioned above, in a cost control context
