Lead Project Manager User Information
Are you ready to create the next generation of car user manuals?
As Lead Project Manager of User Information you will be overall responsible for the development and maintenance of the user information both digitally and written.
For the user information you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the user information content production. Lynk & Co's user information strategy is to have a hassle-free, personal, and inspiring user information throughout the whole customer journey. The purpose of the user information is to help the users operate the car and inform them about the car's functions in a fun, different and easy way. You will have a cross-functional collaboration between different departments/areas within the company such as marketing, R&D, Aftersales, Legal, Quality, UX and developers.
What you'll do?
• Be overall responsible for the user information development in car, web&app.
• Team and budget responsible
• Continuous development of the user information in production and for the upcoming car projects
• Management of the product backlog
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments
• Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmaps to strategic goals
Who are you?
We are looking or a team oriented person who has strong leadership and communication skills that can inspire and motivate the team. You are not afraid to challenge the norm and propose creative solutions, and has the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
Regarding experience we are primarily looking for a person that have:
• Experience as project leader or product owner
• Experience in agile methodologies is advantageous
• Experience from product information work in another industries is advantageous
