You will be part of the Quality Governance team at BA Surveillance. We are a mixed group where everybody's opinion is valued and the differences make out the basis for our progress.
As Lead Internal Auditor , you will handle a range of tasks within the framework of improvement management.
The Quality Governance group gather all quality governance to ensure harmonization and alignment of core quality methods and tools. The group also has the responsibility to ensure audit programs, both internal and external, that not only uphold the license to operate but also improve the operations effectiveness.
Your role
• Coordinate the creation of internal audit plan in collaboration with quality managers according to ISO9001 and EN9100.
* Take on the role as auditor for internal audits on site, where Surveillance are located.
• Be responsible for the planning, execution, and follow-up of quality-related internal audits.
• Participate in Business Area and Business Unit functions and selection of support processes for audits.
• Maintain and drive the internal audit yearly wheel.
• Analyze and gain a holistic overview of operations, processes, and requirements to be covered over time - together in cooperation with other quality managers.
• Coordinate best practice sharing in audit planning and identify synergies across business functions.
• Lead forums that create awareness and alignment of audit plans with external standards such as ISO 9001, EN9001 aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Act as the interface for surveillance audits toward the broader business area.
• Ensure availability of skilled and competent internal auditors within Business Units to meet central audit needs.
Your profile
*
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Quality Management or other relevant experience
*
Knowledge of applicable standards for management systems such as ISO 9001, EN 9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45 001 och AQAP
*
Very good analytical ability and experience within systematic problem solving using root cause analysis tools like 8D and 5Why, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
*
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, written and verbal
*
The ability to work together with many different people and professions is a key to success
*
You are curious and have a driving force to learn
*
Quality tools like Lean and Six Sigma
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply
