You will lead the R&D battery testing team in the delivery of battery and cell testing activities. We are a diverse engineering team in a fast-changing environment with a common goal to enable the future of energy.

What You'll Do
You will lead our battery testing strategy and be responsible for the R&D battery testing team in the delivery of battery and cell testing activities. This includes planning test activities, capacity, equipment usage, and implementation of new methods. Ensuring all battery testing activities are running using best praxis and delivered on time. You will also handle troubleshooting and battery performance diagnostics.
You will provide technical expertise and guide the team where needed and have close collaboration with our material experts and cell team, being responsible for the management status reports.
Your Background
You have extensive experience with battery cyclers and industrial standards as well as good knowledge of Li-Ion battery technologies, their fundamental electrochemical processes, and their behavior during extensive use. You understand the hardware and embedded battery software needed for successful testing. You thrive from taking ownership and share our spirit of "getting things done".
- A Master degree in Electrical Chemistry Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in battery testing
- Experience in developing and maintaining test procedures, equipment & software
- Experience in leading a test activities/technical work
